  • Some institutes including a few university departments glance at GK at the GD-PI stage; PBT and CBT carry weight differences by college.

Syllabus shape

  • Current affairs of the last 6 months, business-economy tags, awards, sports, books, geography milestones.
  • Static: constitution basics, abbreviations, international bodies.

Time decision

  • 10-12 minutes max; attempt 15-20 with high confidence; never borrow time from quant or DI.
