The depth method

  • Answer-Detail-Reason-Example loop: state position, narrow it, justify, instance, optional contrast.
  • Two-sentence minimum floor; three to five sentences for abstract questions.

Abstract handling

  • Part 3: speculation, comparison, evaluation — use hedging language (tends to, broadly, in many cases).
  • Compare frames: whereas, on the other hand, unlike; speculate: might, could, is likely to.

Fluency maintenance

  • Filler-bridge phrases while composing: That is an interesting question, let me think.
  • Self-correction is fine; long silences and memorised scripts are not.

Revise in 30 seconds
