Every explainer on hmmnm.in follows the same editorial discipline. This page says exactly what that is — so you know what you can trust before an exam depends on it.

How a note is built

  • One topic, one note. Each explainer answers one exam-relevant question completely — no grazing ten topics shallowly.
  • Official and primary sources first. Constitutional text, ministry releases, official exam bodies and standard authorities; secondary reporting only for context.
  • The exam lens. Every note ends by extracting what is actually askable — statement traps, matched pairs, and the current-affairs hook.
  • Revision-first writing. Plain English, numbered structure, and a machine-generated revision card you can flip and quiz yourself on.
  • Dated and updated. Notes carry published and updated dates. When a fact changes, the note changes — and the date says so.

What we are not

We are not a coaching institute, not affiliated with any examining body (see our disclaimer), and we do not sell enrolments. The library is free, with no signup wall — funded by unobtrusive advertising once approved.

Spot an error?

Tell us through the doubt box on any article or via the contact page. Confirmed corrections are fixed within a day and the updated date changes. That is the whole method.
